DAY 1

Arrive in Ushuaia, Argentina

Begin your journey in Ushuaia, a bustling port town at the southern tip of South America. Enjoy the mountains or sample handcrafted chocolate at a local café while preparing for your adventure ahead.

DAY 2

Embark

In the late afternoon, embark on your vessel and sail down the historic Beagle Channel. Feel the anticipation as you depart—next stop, the world's southernmost continent!

DAYS 3 – 4

Crossing the Drake Passage

Attend presentations on photography, wildlife, glaciology, and history. Enjoy wildlife spotting on deck or relax with your shipmates over a drink at the bar.

DAYS 5 – 8

South Shetland Islands and Antarctic Peninsula

Experience awe at Antarctica's untouched landscapes with daily Zodiac excursions exploring glaciated bays and landing sites. Interact with penguins, seals, and whales, guided by your Expedition Team.

DAYS 9 – 10

Crossing the Drake Passage

As you return, watch for seabirds and whales from the deck. Attend final presentations and reflect on your Antarctic experiences.

DAY 11

Disembark in Ushuaia

Arrive in Ushuaia in the morning and transfer to the airport. Explore the Antarctic Peninsula's waters in the spirit of adventure.


Explore the waters of the Antarctic Peninsula in the true spirit of adventure! The list below provides a glimpse of the places we may experience (subject to change pending local weather, sea conditions, ice charts, and permitting).

ELEPHANT ISLAND

Set course for this ice-covered mountain at the edge of the South Shetland Islands. Sail past Cape Valentine, where Shackleton and his men landed. If conditions allow, enjoy a Zodiac cruise or land on historic Point Wild.

NEKO HARBOR

Home to breeding gentoo penguins, Weddell seals, and feeding whales. The nearby glacier frequently calves into the bay. Neko Harbor is a potential landing site.

PARADISE BAY

One of the most picturesque spots, hosting Argentina’s Almirante Brown and Chile’s Gonzales Videla research stations. Depending on conditions, enjoy a Zodiac cruise or make a landing.

LEMAIRE CHANNEL

Cruise through this narrow, visually impressive channel, watching for humpback and minke whales. Experience a thrilling Zodiac cruise among grounded icebergs near Pleneau Island.
