Kelsey has traveled to all seven continents and over 90 countries as a field leader since beginning her career in expedition travel in 2013. She has led curious adventurers through the countries surrounding the Black, White, Adriatic, Baltic, and Mediterranean Seas — in addition to Australia, the South Pacific, Central and South America, parts of Southeast Asia, Europe, and Northern Africa. The Arctic and the Antarctic are also very special places to Kelsey, since her first expeditions to these remote areas in 2014. Kelsey’s attention to detail and friendly nature makes her a great field staff leader. As a co-owner of Miru Adventures, Kelsey stays busy working on the company’s trip operations, field staff management, and visual design projects. Outside of travel — which isn’t much these days — Kelsey enjoys “island life” on Whidbey Island and spends time on interior design projects.
