Rich has spent the last 15 years arranging and operating expeditions and tours to the world’s most remote and beautiful destinations from the poles to the equator. Having lived on 5 continents and visited 50 countries (but still missing Australia) he has a deep passion for delivering life changing travel experiences. As an Expedition Leader, Operations Director and MBA, his background and skills have allowed him to turn his passion into his work. When not traveling or thinking about the next great trip, he spends time with his young family, watching baseball or out on his bicycle.

Jon has been planning trips professionally for over 45 years and is still passionate about finding new destinations that are just opening or returning to a place to have new and different experiences. Believing strongly that the investment in travel to enrich your life is one of the best investments you can make he takes it to heart and travels whenever he can. Having visited over 100 countries on all 7 continents he brings this background to planning adventures at Miru. When not dreaming and planning he is an avid cyclist, hiker and runner.

Kelsey has traveled to all seven continents and over 90 countries as a logistical field leader since beginning her expedition career in 2013. While Kelsey jumps at the chance to travel to any destination, Indonesia, Norway, and the polar regions are close to her heart. Kelsey believes that traveling expands a person’s own world in inexplicable ways. Bringing her vast field experience to Miru Adventures, Kelsey’s goal is to provide travelers with incredible trips, to incredible places, alongside incredible people. Outside of travel, Kelsey enjoys “island life” on Whidbey Island and spends much of her time on interior design projects.
